What happens to your input

PDF, DOCX, and TXT files are converted to text inside your browser. Original files are not uploaded to Kristin’s infrastructure. The extracted text and form answers are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI only to create the requested assessment.

Do not submit personal information, credentials, health information, regulated data, trade secrets, or client-confidential material.

What is stored

When you complete an assessment, WorkflowLens stores the generated report, normalized workflow context, creation date, and expiry date in Cloudflare D1. It does not store the original files or complete raw pasted documents.

Unlisted reports expire after 30 days. The management link created with your report can delete it sooner.

Abuse prevention

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request is legitimate. A one-way keyed hash derived from the request IP and date enforces the daily limit; the raw IP address is not stored in the application database.

Analytics

Aggregate product events may record that a demo opened or an assessment completed. Workflow text, report contents, file names, email addresses, and document contents are never sent to analytics.
